!!BODACIOUS AND SERVER!! Some of you may have noticed server crashing, map deleted, admins and clients kicked. We have solid proof that former !!BOSS!! member Bodacious is behind all of this. He has abused his building auths in ways to strongly harm the server, and council auths to abuse fellow members and innocent clients (newcomers too). T2_Trip was totally destroyed, meanwhile (hopefully) restored by Varr. He had granted his jedi account level 3. Those admins were removed by me, Varr deleted Bodacious' admin account. Sadly (and this is only my fault guys) I forgot to make sure to change the Server Access Panel Password before banning Bodacious from the server. So he did change that password and has it under his control (until Terminator deactivates it from his main admin account). I am glad to announce, the threat should be over as soon as Terminator resets the Natures and Council access to above mentioned Server Restart Consoles. Thanks for your attention! ~Wayne |

!!UPDATE TO BLACKBOOK!! It been already long time since Tiger was added to Black Book. I think it is time now to forget all the past problems that occured between her and us, those will not be happening anymore. People change and that's why we have decided to remove Tiger from Black Book. From now on all the members will treat her respectfully, as all the others clients. |

!!REVISED CHANGES TO THE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM!! Despite the new days and hours that the majority did not like, the Council has finally made the decision to leave 24 hours before posting an application as it is and make days and hours changed to 3 days and 6 hours in between trials. |

!! NEW SPIRITS GUIDE AND LORD HAS BEEN DECLARED !! By this day Illusion will be new Spirits Leader. I wish Illusion best luck with his job and I'm almost sure that he will do this well. !! SERVER MOVEMENT !! Due the latest problems with server, we had to move to another machine in different location. Our new, stable again server is localized now in Netherlands. I regret that we had to change our already popular IP, but there is really nothing else we could have done... New server IP: 159.253.147.135:29070 |

!! LEADERSHIP CHANGES !! As an result of faction leader poll in Angels Echo becomes new leader. Patapizza due all his time spent on leading this time and in the past, has been declared Lord. Varr, due inability of being active ingame for much longer, has became Mystic with forum developer auth. As he is the only one who can actively and properly modificate our forum however it is needed. Congratulations to all of you guys, you have surely deserved your new ranks! |

!!SERVER SITUATION!! Almost all JKA servers are currently suffering from DDoS attacks. Actually, some other websites found out a link between all the attacks, and this would be GameTracker. So we're trying to find a solution to prevent those crashes from happening. Removing our server from GameTracker wouldn't do much as the (foolish) attackers already have our IP in their database. One of the solution may be to change IP, however nothing is decided yet. Make sure to check forum, so you can find out if the server changes IP, or if any other solution is found. We'll sure keep you informed. You can also give ideas if you find good solutions. You'd probably get the Hero status in Jka for this. If you want more information about the attacks, JKHub explains it pretty well here. We're also wishing good luck to RS who are also being attacked, as well as the whole Jka community. We have moved on different server, so with it also comes different IP, here it is: 213.152.170.145:27960 All accounts and maps data was saved yesterday from the old server, nothing is lost. !!DIPLOMATS!! Due to attrition in the JKA community and poor interaction between the remaining groups, it has been decided that BOSS will be creating a team devoted to improving relations between itself and other clans. This team, dubbed the Diplomats, will be responsible for creating and maintaining alliances, and ensuring that BOSS and its allied communities remain strong. Right now, the change is still in the transitional phase; most of the specifics have yet to be determined, however the process is accelerating and should be completed by the end of the year. I will be heading up the project, along with RandomK as the first team assistant. Recruitment is currently in progress, but the team will not be accepting applications. If there are any questions you have about this change, please send your questions to either myself or RK. |
