name of the offender: AllSaint!!BOSS!!*KL offensive behavior: Admin abuse! He attacked me while I was doing quests I did have weapon up! For instance today I tried to re-conciliate with him to no avail. The act like it's okay and that we're not enemies. So now he will go to a health dispenser for a shield dispenser that I'm heading to and he will stay there getting health or shields when he is full making it very difficult for me to refill doing small petty things like that is very childish. And as far as yesterday it is very hard to explain something that is physical but I will try -- when I was doing quests and it teleported out he would follow and attack me over and over again and yes I have my weapon so I can not really get onto him for it other than the fact that for administrators should have a few extra rules but him attacking me is okay I finally had enough and I turned around and attack him back he is not as good as I am so when I almost killed him he runs away and lowers his weapon I continue to chase him and try to kill him but before I could he put me in jail this was within the 10 second rule after that things escalated on the next match he gave me an ultimatum to answer him with a yes or no question I refused to answer so he put me back in jail indefinitely until I answered with a yes or no which I did not end at that time we exchanged more words I seen that this was getting nowhere and all is it was doing was fueling more anger that is when I lowered the game and proceeded to report him I had to wait until the entire map time limit ran out 40 minutes before new maps before I was finally out of jail he continued to harass me within what looks like the rules but should not be for him. I tried my best to tell him that I would rather be his friend and not his enemy and that I was sorry for reporting him yesterday but it was justified. Anyway after this conversation of me telling him that I would rather be his friend He says I have no enemies or something to that effect yet as I stated earlier right after that conversation he followed me into the quest room and made it very hard for me to recharge my shields and health this part I do believe is very unbecoming of an administrator. I asked kimorg to talk with him at the same time I was talking with him but apparently it did no good I do not know what the punishment is for an administrator behaving this way I really don't want nothing bad to happen to him but I do wish he would stop being mean to me! I have no animosity towards him Anyway thank you very much for reading and believing me I was not sure of what kind of her arts the the council would have whether it would be fair or not! But with your reply I do believe some fair trialwill be held and he will be accountable for his actions! just not something severe I really truly had no animosity towards him I would rather just be his friend but if not for him to at least totally ignore me and leave me alone!!! According to Saint, he suggested you to turn your saber down if you were annoyed and wanted him to stop. You kept running with saber up, so he kept attacking. Still according to saint, he jailed because you killed him while he had saber down and chatbox up, and didn't attack you before that. So this was actually lame, and even if you should have been warned, you actually broke the rule. If ppl were using words rather than actions when they disagree, we wouldn't have come to this. I hope you can both get over this, and enjoy your time on the server. If you got anything to add, please do so in this new discussion thread, I'll gladly check it and investigate more, or reply, in case its needed. Thanks Varr But what is done is done -- but would like to add on the map were the fight took place i was a Merc not ForeUser so i had no saber he must be thanking of another! on the next map i was Sith but before 2 min. in to the game i was in jail i did not fight anyone that map  but it is water under the bridge and i am ok with it all  as long as he does not single me out in anger!!! WHY ADMINS DONT LISENT WHEN I SAY SOMEONE LAME!SOME ONE KILLS ME FRONT OF ADMINS....THEY DONT EVEN SAY A WORD.BUT WHEN I DID LAME 1 TIME ALL ADMINS START SAYING STOP LAME ERNEST.Like DarkSith.I push him 1 time and he all time lame but admins do nothing WTF!!!!!Also some one said we are same person with pepsi....Check our IPs if u dont belive... We don't need to check your ip  ,you know to write ,thats enough proof for us I don't know which admin who see a lame don't act ,and I will give you a tip ,when someone tell "Lame" or "someone lamed me" ,we usually (or at least I) go and spectate that person to see who lamed ,thats why when you finally try to revenge lame you might get caught in action ... maybe u go to spec.But i just like scream in BOSS face that someone lame me they dont even lisent to me.But when some random noob just tell to BOSSes that i lame they start complaining about me doing lame... We won't punish / jail someone, only because someone told he lamed. Some ppl lie, some don't know where laming is allowed, where its not. So unless we notice about it ourself, nothing will happen. So if you get lamed, cry about it, and then revenge lame, admins won't always notice about the first time you got lamed, but will pay attention to you and the other guys when you revenge lame. As I told you before, I suggest you to PM admins when you are getting lamed, (if you say so in general chat, first, we may not notice about it, because the general chat is often spammed with many convo, that we don't always read, since we might have some in admin chat or in private message already, then the lamer might stop laming, and just annoy you until you actually lame him, and get caught) If you PM the admin, he'll notice about it, and if he's not busy or afk, he should tell you that he will watch the supposed lamer, without the lamer to know he's being watched. |

Albeit, I must say, the FFA lasted for much longer than 10 minutes, but no one had a problem with that, except Xemnas I guess as I see here.

I will say, that if you are referring to my post/Topic then....Illusions lamed me afew times their, yes but the majority are at the other map. Rancor, I believe it is called? That is also where other people were lamed by Illusion.

LordMoldy was never there, it was just myself, GeneralVeers, and Imp. I was the one who jailed, freeze'd, and muted you. The ban occurred on the map change, you were still jailed, map change failed, you did /recon, you got tmpbanned ( :S lol). Whats the big deal? you die, you respawn, you get jailed you ask for forgiveness, its not like you died real life? anyway by the looks of it, as i understand you killed imp while he was building, thats a direct ticket for any kind of punishment....... now, its for admin to choose, tbh, i am thankfull for imp for building for us coz he is VERY good.... with out him our clan would die,i personaly think that its termis and imps work that keeps the clan alive, i am NOT SAYing that other members dont do anything we all add each other, that what makes us a power full clan, and we are like a watch, with out small parts we wount work....
not the problem is obv, client got lamed and complained, i have nothing against you vinni, but you got to relax abit,
1st =its a game
2nd= yes rules do exist but YOU broke them as well, so what are you complaining about?
3rd= you know, its better to calm it of, apologise EVEN if its not your fault and to talk it over....... but thats my opinion.
